Thank you for taking on the important role of Team Manager!

Below you will find links to key resources and forms that you may need throughout the season.

To obtain access to your team page, please contact the manager coordinator.

In addition, Team Managers are required by USA Hockey to:

(1) register with USA Hockey

(2) submit to a background screening

(3) the SafeSport Training is required every year.

Volunteer registration has all the links needed for safesport, background screen, and coaches information.  Coaches, Managers, Board members, and Locker room Supervisors please complete.  Thank you for being a volunteer.  

Green Bay Game schedules are now closed until managers are in place.  Please select the team you are looking to schedule with and contact their managers directly. If a team does not have information up yet, please have your association game scheduler contact the Green Bay Scheduler.

There is a limit on how many home games each team is allowed to have:

o 14U and Bantam: 17 homes games

o 12U and Peewee: 16 home games

o 10U and Squirts: 15 home games

Each team also gets an additional 3 hours to use for either practice or games. (If used for games, you are responsible to pay for refs)

**Please do not schedule more than 2 additional games over your budgeted amount unless all teams have filled their schedules. If you schedule more than 2 additional games you may be asked to cancel some games to allow other teams to schedule remaining games. Any additional games over 2 your team is responsible for paying for ice time and refs.
