WELCOME TO THE 10U - 14U CO-ED PLAYER REGISTRATION!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit registration fee payment. Registration fee will go up $50 after July 31. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
Prior to registering:
- All participants must register with USA Hockey
- Make sure you know your jersey size
- Two dates have been set if you need to revisit sizing. Monday June 8th & Tuesday June 9th 5-7pm outside of the Penalty Box pro shop at Cornerstone (Rink 3 Resch entrance) Bring shoulder pads and elbow pads for more accurate sizing.
- Review the FAQ's prior to registration to make sure you are prepared.
Please note:
- Jersey Number Selection will happen at the end of the registration process, after payment is completed.

- Registration fee is non-refundable.

Ages
10U - 2016 & 2017 birth years
12U - 2014 & 2015 birth years
14U - 2012 & 2013 birth years
When
Practices will begin first week of October.
Games and tournaments will start the last weekend in October through mid-March.
Where
Practices and home games are held at Cornerstone Community Ice Center.
Practices
Teams will practice 2-3 times per week. Each practice will run for 80 minutes.
Games
Teams will play 20-30 games over the course of the season along with tournaments that the team signs up for. These games will usually fall on the weekends.
Jerseys
Jerseys will be purchased during registration, please make sure you know your sizing prior to completing registration.

2026-2027
The registration fee through 7/31/2026 is $100.
After 7/31/2026, the registration fee will be $150.
Approximate season fees for 26-27 season:
10U: $1,200-$1,300
12U: $1,400-$1,500
14U: $1,600-$1,700
Registration will close on 9/1/26.
Tryouts are planned for the week of September 21 – 25, 2026.
