The Participation Agreement outlines all the important things that you, as a GBAYHA member, should be aware of upon registration and for the entire season. It clearly outlines your financial commitments you will be required to make at the beginning and during the season. This includes details on:

• Registration requirements
• Registration payment policy
• Registration refund policy
• Additional payment requirements and commitments
• Fundraising
• Locker room policy
• Electronic use policy

Registration is NOW open for 10U-14U!  

• Please note- registration for 8U (Mites) is a separate process and is listed below. This is for 10U-14U only.
• All players must complete the USA Hockey Registration  before registering for the season. This step in the process is included in the instructions for registration.  The USA hockey fee varies by age group.  
• The registration fee prior to 8/15/2022 is $100. 
• After 8/15/22, the registration fee will be $150.
• Registration will close on 9/1/22.
• The registration fee is non-refundable.  
• Look for pre-season warm-ups to begin the middle of September.
• Tryouts will take place the week of September 19th. 
• After tryouts, and the teams are rostered and announced, an additional Team Registration fee will be required. This amount is based on the level and the team. Fees depend on team size/ice utilization and are subject to change. 
  • Estimated 2022-23 fee range:
    • 14U (Bantam):  $1450-1650
    • 12U (PeeWee): $1200-1450
    • 10U (Squirt): $850-1150
• A payment installment plan is available for Team Registration. Information will be provided as part of the Team Registration process.
•  A 2.9% fee is added regardless of payment type.  This fee covers the Sports Engine payment and rostering system.  

We have many new initiatives on the horizon with a focus on individual player skill, power skating and goalie development. There are also several clinics planned that will be posted. As information becomes available, we will make sure to get communication out ASAP.

• All players must complete the USA Hockey Registration for $50 before registering for the season. This step in the process is included in the instructions for registration.
• 8U (Mites) will use a separate registration process from the 10U-14U. The reason the process is different is that the 8U teams are not rostered. They are placed by like-abilities for hockey skillset and skating. Rostering of teams starts at the 10U level.
• Total fee for the season is $275. 
• There is an option to pay in full or a payment plan is available. 
• 8U registration will not close.
