You must register your player first before doing the team registration.  Mite registration and C team registration is still open.

Registration Information: STEP #1 PLAYER REGISTRATION

Parents and Players –

It certainly has been an unusual year, but I am happy  to move forward with the 2020-21 season.  It will be great for all the skaters (and parents) to get back into the routine of the hockey season.  The organization will do our best to keep everyone informed as we move along.  We appreciate your flexibility as there is sure to be a lot of communication and changes.  Please review the participation agreement thoroughly.

Registration will again follow the same simple two-step process:

Step #1:  Player Registration is OPEN NOW.  Start by registering with USA hockey.  Then complete the GBAYHA player registration which includes medical information, confirmation of our rules and agreements (including a new Covid form).   For those that were part of our organization last year, most of the information will transfer from your previous registration.   The player registration fee of $50 covers the pre-season practices and tryouts.  For mites, this fee will be applied to the upcoming Team registration.

Step #2: Team Registration will occur after tryouts in October and is required before a player can be rostered on a team.   More to come on this as I intend to post  a new payment schedule based on the uncertainty.

The fee schedule is as followed.

Bantam A $1,575
Bantam B $1,300
Bantam C $1,200
Girls 14U $1,475
PeeWee A $1,375
PeeWee B $1,200
PeeWee C $1,050
Girls 12U A $1,075
Girls 12U B $ 975
Squirt A $1,000
Squirt B $ 850
Squirt C $ 725
Girls 10U A         $ 725
Mite 8U $ 250

Mites will follow the same two-step process.  Mite season updates will be sent out separately.  Expect to begin mid-October or early November.

When you have completed the registration, at checkout you will notice a 2.9% processing fee.   These fees were deducted from the team fees.  Anyone choosing to not pay on-line, will have their team fees increased by 3%.

Looking forward to the season.

Roger Egnarski, GBAYHA Co-Registrar

Team Registration is now open!!

Practices have started and GBAYHA 2020/21 TEAM registration is now open. Please click on the “team registration” button on our website to start the process.

It is imperative you complete this soon, as your skater cannot be rostered on one of our teams until you complete this step. Please select the “payment plan” option (first 25% due at time of initial registration, other three equal installemtns will occur on December 1st, January 1st and February 1st.)

You may only select “contact registrar for other payment options” if you have reached out to me prior to registering.

Anyone part of the scrip or scholarship programs, please use the codes emailed to you earlier at checkout and your balance will be reduced accordingly.

All fees associated with the on-line registration have been deducted from the 2020/21 team fees for the season so anyone wishing to pay by check will have to notify me and the fees will be added back to their balance. There is much more administrative work associated with paying by check, so in order to keep fees as low as possible we ask everyone use the automated paying option.

Hoping everyone has a fun and rewarding season.
