USA HOCKEY NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP VOLUNTEER SIGNUP

We are proud to be the Host Site for the USA Hockey Tier II Girls 16U National Tournament. Hosting the USA National Tournament is a great honor - and a lot of work!
This signup contains opportunities to work as a game off-ice official - clock, scoresheet, and penalty box. We also have opportunities to volunteer as Locker Room Security and Tournament Concierge. Listed below are some more involved positions, if interested in taking on any of these responsibilities contact Stephanie Dutkowski could be 1-2 people per position:
Fan Experience Coordinator: Assist with creating a positive, festive fan/player experience while at Cornerstone. Coordinate rink decorating, social media photo ops, and anything else you can think of!
Social Media Coordinator: Help get the word out before and during the tournament - Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, X. We want to get our site trending amongst all the other National Tournament sites. Let's show people why Green Bay is awesome!
Beer Tent Coordinator: Coordinate the setup of the beer tent and coordinate the staffing of a licensed bartender on site. Work with committee to secure Beer Vendor, cc televisions, and snacks. Beer tent hours will run Weds - Friday 11am - 6pm; Saturday 3:30 - 7:30pm.
Basket Raffle Coordinator: Collect and coordinate basket raffle sales.
All shifts are approximately 2.5 hrs in length.
We are asking all GBAYHA (10U-14U) families to volunteer for 1 shift during the tournament. If you would like to volunteer for more than that we would gladly take the help!
Bobcat 16U families are asked to volunteer for 2 shifts during the tournament.
If you are unable to work a shift during the tournament, we are asking that you sell an ad valued at $200 or more to go in the tournament programs. (Form posted on the right (pc) or below (mobile))
If you do not volunteer or sell an ad ($200 or more) for the program, your $150 DIBS check for the National Tournament will be cashed.
All Volunteers will receive 1 Souvenir Tournament Badge.
