GBAYHA Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, at 7PM in the Rinkside Room.
All meetings are open to the association for attendance.
It is the goal of the Board to make decisions in the best interests of our current and future members and the good of youth hockey in the Green Bay area.
We encourage discussion of specific ideas and/or concerns. In an effort to keep the meetings orderly and respect everyone's time, topics of disscussion MUST be approved and added to the agenda prior to the monthly meeting if they are to be discussed at the Board Meeting.
To add a topic to the monthly agenda simply e-mail your topic to tcarlson2852@new.rr.com no later than noon the day prior to the meeting. Todd will respond in a timely manner.
To view past meeting minutes you must be a GBAYHA member. Accees to "Board Minutes" tab to the left will be granted to all current association members as soon as registration is finalized and information is available. If you would like access prior to this time contact Todd Carlson.
